Fusion Delicias Albuquerque is more than just a restaurant—we’re an experience. Our vibrant pink-themed space brings a fun, Instagram-worthy vibe to the heart of Albuquerque while serving delicious Mexican and New Mexican food. We’re also rolling out an exciting new coffee menu, giving guests creative drinks that are just as beautiful as they are tasty.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a full-time Server who is enthusiastic, friendly, and adaptable. If you love delivering great customer service, enjoy a positive and creative environment, and want to grow with a restaurant that’s expanding new concepts, this is the perfect role for you.

This location has been operating for years, and we are now transitioning into a full dining-service restaurant, which means you will play a key role in shaping this new experience for our guests.

Pay & Schedule

• $12.00 – $14.00 per hour (depending on experience) + tips

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Weekends may be added in the future as business grows

We offer a stable hourly wage plus tips, ensuring consistent income even during slower periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a warm, welcoming attitude

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

• Learn and communicate menu knowledge, including new coffee drinks and specialty items

• Provide excellent table service while maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Support a positive, energetic team environment

• Assist in preparing and presenting food and beverages with our signature pink aesthetic

• Help maintain smooth service during peak and slow times

Qualifications

• Prior serving experience is a plus but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn

• Willingness to adapt to new menu concepts and creative drink presentations

• Bilingual applicants are a plus, but not required
