Pay starts at $18–$20/hour, plus overtime eligibility.
What You’ll Do
As a Support Specialist, you’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll handle a mix of customer support and internal coordination tied to documentation, deadlines, and multi-step processes. Your day may include:
- Answering calls and emails to assist customers and internal teams
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness
- Entering and tracking information in company systems
- Coordinating details across multiple departments
- Solving problems and finding answers quickly
- Supporting the workflow behind time-sensitive transactions
This is a great role for someone who likes structured processes, enjoys learning the “why” behind the work, and takes pride in being dependable and detail-oriented.
Hours
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with variable shifts between:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
You’ll Be Great At This If You:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Bring experience helping customers (retail, restaurant, hospitality, call center, etc.)
- Enjoy reviewing information and catching details
- Communicate clearly in writing and over the phone
- Stay organized and calm when juggling multiple steps or deadlines
- Are reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn industry processes
