• Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, no call
• 16 - 20 patients per day
• Skilled nursing facility
• Regulatory visits required every 30 days
• 3-month minimum with strong extension potential
• Adults only patient population
• Hospital privileges required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
