Role Description

This is a full or part time, on-site Veterinarian role located in Welslborn and Live Oak, FL. The Veterinarian will primarily be responsible for diagnosing and treating illnesses, injuries, and diseases in animals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, performing diagnostic tests, administering vaccinations, prescribing medications, providing surgical care, and offering guidance to pet owners regarding treatment and prevention strategies. You will also work closely with veterinary staff to ensure the highest standards of care and customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in animal diagnosis, treatment, and surgical procedures. (Mentorships provided)
• Experience in preventive care and administering vaccinations
• Proficiency in veterinary communication and education to effectively engage with pet owners
• Ability to collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff in providing quality care
• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent degree) and a state veterinary license
• Demonstrated compassion, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
