Parts Manager

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers, a leading name in RV and Marine sales and service across Texas, is currently seeking a Parts Manager to oversee the daily operations of our parts department in La Marque, TX.

This is a key leadership role responsible for managing parts inventory, supervising staff, supporting the service department, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. If you are organized, proactive, and have experience managing parts operations, wed love to hear from you!

What Youll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, receiving, and stocking
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in ordering parts for service repairs and retail customers
• Supervise and lead the parts team, providing training, support, and direction
• Work closely with service and sales departments to ensure internal needs are met
• Monitor parts performance metrics including inventory turnover and gross margins
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts counter and storage area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Provide outstanding service to retail customers, answering questions and locating parts as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Parts Manager or in a parts leadership role (RV, marine, auto, or equipment industry preferred)
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills
• Leadership and team-building capabilities
• Knowledge of parts and supply chain processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic proficiency with parts management or dealership software
