Key Requirements:

Strong background in electronics manufacturing, PCB fabrication/assembly, or hardware engineering.
Technical fluency with PCBs, electronics, and manufacturing processes is a major plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to engage both technical stakeholders (engineers) and business decision-makers (product managers, procurement).
Sales acumen: ability to prospect, negotiate, close deals, and manage ongoing customer relationships.
Ability to translate technical requirements into tailored manufacturing solutions; comfort interacting with engineering teams to coordinate product development, testing, compliance, and manufacturing.
Organizational skills — track multiple leads/projects concurrently, manage quotes, follow-through, and coordinate across internal teams.
