Physical Therapist- Weekends- Southboro Team- VNA Care

VNA Care is seeking a Weekend Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) to conduct home health visits for the Southborough teams. This position entails working on Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Monday or Saturday/ Sunday with flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts and focusing on specific territories within the Worcester team geography.

Salary Range; $101,000 - $137,000 based on full time schedule, will need to adjust for a part time schedule.

Qualifications
- Active and valid MA PT license in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Willingness to travel within designated geographic areas.

- Oasis E and Home Health experience required

Responsibilities
- Conduct home health visits on weekends.
- Collaborate with a preceptor during an orientation period.
- Learn and apply Oasis E documenting, Time Management, and EMR system -Home Care Home Base.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care.
