Pay
$26.07 - $26.73 / hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Plus shift differential of $1.00 for any hours worked on 2nd Shift
Schedule
2nd Shift (Sunday - Thursday, 2:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.)
Onsite; other days and hours as needed

Job Summary
McKee Foods is seeking a Lift Truck Operator (L.T.O./Palletizer) to join our Shipping team.
- Pick up production lines
- Supply float boards and rubber bands to palletizing mezzanine
- Maintain accurate information in WMS
- Load and unload trailers
- Communicate effectively with team members and primary customers
- Fill in on palletizing mezzanine as needed
- Cross-training in other areas
- Perform a variety of lift truck assignments to support shipping operation
- Clean and perform all other duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Overall good work record (which includes attendance, safety, job performance, flexibility, and team behaviors)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a cohesive team environment
- Ability to work with computers (data entry)
- Basic math skills
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy lifting
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Demonstrated ability to promote continuous process improvement and LEAN principles
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Lift Truck Operator License (L.T.O.)
- DMV Record must be obtained by the Safety Department
- Lift Truck vision screen must be completed by Employee Health Services and must meet Lift Truck standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience working with OPM11i and (WMS) Warehouse Management System
- Current or previous lift truck operator experience
- Previous shipping experience
