This Adjunct faculty member teaches Biology courses.

Courses may be taught in an array of teaching modalities: MDC In-Person, MDC Live (Learning Interactively in a Virtual Environment), MDC Online (online delivery) and Blended Classes.What you will be doing

• Teaches lecture and laboratory sections
• Evaluates and advises students
• Participates in departmental and College affairs
• Recruits students
• Serves on committees
• Develops Curricula
• Performs other duties as assigned

What you need to succeed

• Master's degree in one of the Biological Sciences from a regionally accredited institution or a Master's degree and 18 graduate credit hours in the Biological Sciences from a regionally accredited institution
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments
