Maintenance – 3 positions Primary hours: 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (W, Th, F, Sat, Sun) Primary duties Landscaping Site preparation Basic Home/Property repairs Pool Cleaning Vehicle detailing and maintenance
Under general supervision, participates in the preparation and delivery of guest services including meals, activities, facilities, transportation, and general support requirements for executive level clientele. Performs a wide variety of tasks inclusive of facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance; food preparation and presentation; activity coordinating and execution; and host services for corporate, product line, and client executives and spouses.
Directly responsible for creating the environment contributing to successful guest entertainment and client relations goals. Provides chauffeur services for guests as required. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
Skills are typically acquired through completion of high school or similar education and industry specific training and experience in high-end resort operations and guest services tailored to executive clientele, plus 5-7 years experience in the resort industry. Possession of a chauffer license is required. Must be willing to work in a highly integrated and demanding environment requiring extended work hours, extensive coordination, flexiblity, and customer service skills.
Must be willing and able to perform a wide variety of tasks inclusive of facility, grounds, and boat cleaning and maintenance; food preparation and presentation; activity coordinating and execution; and host services for corporate, product line, and client executives and spouses. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promotes and takes an active part in quality improvement processes. Non-Commercial Driver's License required.
