Certified Medical Assistant

We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant who is passionate about patient care and leads with a servant-hearted, kind, and compassionate disposition. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:30am-6:00pm and Friday 8:30am-1:00/2:00pm

Essential Functions:
• Provide patient-facing support with warmth, professionalism, and patience
• Administer injections safely and accurately following clinical protocols
• Support and monitor daily provider schedules
• Triage incoming patients and assist with clinic flow
• Handle data entry and documentation within EMR systems, Word, and Excel
• Manage prescription refill requests
• Respond to patient needs with empathy, confidence, and immediate problem-solving
• Maintain a calm, grounded approach in challenging or high-stress situations

Requirements:
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) required
• 1–2+ years of Medical Assistant experience, including experience administering injections
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with providers, patients, and team members
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering an excellent patient experience
• Warm, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
