Food Plant Production/Packaging Machine Operators and General Utility

Job Summary:

Responsible for performing any number of activities required to keep the production of food and beverage products running efficiently within the manufacturing plant.

Compensation:

- Up to $20.00/hour, based on skills, experience, qualifications and testing

Responsibilities:

- Job duties vary but involve operating machines, including but not limited to: forklifts, fillers, down lines, incubators, labelers, palletizers and blow molds.

- Ensure compliance with applicable quality system standards and the unit's food safety and security programs in support of essential manufacturing strategies and practices.

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or GED preferred

- Experience in similar work environment a plu.

- Requires the ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic computations

- Requires dexterity, basic mechanical reasoning, problem solving and the ability to learn

- Requires strong verbal and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area that promotes safety and efficiency

- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
