Are you a driven and knowledgeable insurance professional with experience in group benefits? We’re looking for a Group Insurance Agent to join our team and play a key role in supporting businesses with customized insurance solutions.

As part InTouch Financial Group, you’ll help employers understand and select the best group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental benefit options for their employees. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative environment and is passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of group insurance.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with small and mid-size businesses
• Consult with employers to understand their benefit needs and budget
• Present tailored group insurance solutions and guide clients through the enrollment process
• Manage renewals, conduct annual reviews, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Educate clients on compliance-related matters
• Work collaboratively with carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service
• Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience selling group benefits (health, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.)
• Strong understanding of insurance carriers, underwriting processes, and renewal cycles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple clients at once
• Active Life & Health Insurance License
• A consultative, relationship-driven approach

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an agency, brokerage, or carrier environment
• Knowledge of HRIS platforms, quoting tools, and benefits administration systems
• Understanding of ICHRA, level-funded plans, and traditional group products
