ScheduleDays 12 (7:00 AM - 8:00 PM) - 3 days a week; call twice a week; every other weekend.
Job DescriptionThe MRI Technologist will produce MRI images of designated anatomical areas as ordered by a licensed physician or practitioner, according to established practices and procedures. The core competencies will be assessed primarily on the following patient populations: cardiac/cardiovascular, mammary, GI, endocrine, renal, and skeletal conditions and diseases including but not limited to CAD, PVD, CVA/TIA, COPD, CHF, and Oncology.
Responsibilities- Produce high-quality MRI images as per orders from licensed practitioners.
- Maintain knowledge of examination sequencing and preparations appropriate to the patient’s age group.
- Ensure compliance with established practices and safety procedures in MRI imaging.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist.
- ARRT certification required.
- BLS certification required.
