Job Title: Substitute Teacher

Penmac Staffing is hiring Substitute Teachers to work in local schools. This is a flexible opportunity where you can choose the days, grade levels, and subjects you prefer. Whether you’re looking for part-time work or regular assignments, we welcome your enthusiasm and commitment to helping students succeed.

Pay: $100 per day
Schedule: Flexible; choose your availability and preferred grade levels or subjects.

Requirements for Substitute Teachers:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for working with children and making a positive impact
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check

Responsibilities of a Substitute Teacher:

• Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment
• Follow lesson plans and maintain continuity of instruction
• Manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety
• Communicate effectively with school staff and students
