Essential Functions:
1. PLC and CNC ladder troubleshooting, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair
2. Use of oscilloscope and data loggers for analysis of control signals
3. Furnace maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair
4. Maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of hydraulic systems
5. Reset, maintenance, and racking of last circuit breaker (250V DC, 4160V AC, 480V AC)
6. Troubleshooting of feeder circuits from last circuit breaker to equipment
7. Perform all lock-out/tag-our procedures as defined
8. Model and champion safety and compliance to all electrical codes

This manufacturing facility is the sole remaining super-heavy open-die forging company in the Western Hemisphere. The Bethlehem forging plant is the birthplace of the modern U.S. defense industry and it currently provides forgings for the US Navy, mining, paper, and power generation industries.
