Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide acute, urgent, and emergency care as the sole provider at the health center
• Evaluate and manage emergent cases, coordinating transfer by sea or air to partner hospital as needed
• Deliver comprehensive family medicine services
• Document all patient encounters, adhering to clinical protocols
• Ensure timely and effective communication with support teams for emergent transfers

Additional Information

• Board certification required in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine
• New York state medical license required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and DEA certification required
• Acute care, urgent care, or emergency medicine experience preferred
