The Greeter must provide a friendly and professional first impression. They also assist in managing reservations, monitoring the flow of guests, and maintaining an organized dining area.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $13.25 - $13.25 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Greeter:

• Welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Manage reservations
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas
• Provide menus and announce Waiter/Waitress's name
• Keep the front area and entrance clean and organized
• Coordinate with wait staff about available seating options
• Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries
• Assist wait staff as needed

Job requirements:

• Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess or Waiter/Waitress
• Understanding of restaurant etiquette
• Demonstrable customer-service skills
• Communication skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to walk and stand during an entire shift
• Background Check Required
