Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) – School Based – Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) \n
- Provide school-based behavioral support and ABA interventions for students \n
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and multidisciplinary teams \n
- Collect, analyze, and track behavioral data to monitor student progress \n
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations \n
- Train and support school staff on behavior management strategies \n
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and BACB standards \n
- Support positive behavioral interventions and crisis prevention strategies \n
Qualifications:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA) via BACB \n
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field \n
- Prior school-based experience required conducting FBAs and BIPs \n
