In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and packaging products or components according to manufacturing specifications and quality standards. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet customer expectations and company standards. **Responsibilities:** + Assemble and package products or components following operator instruction sheets and specifications + Perform routine inspections to ensure product quality and compliance + Accurately report defects, process issues, or equipment malfunctions using computer systems + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Identify and report safety concerns in accordance with company policies + Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors + Perform other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** + High School diploma or GED equivalent + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States + Must be able to lift 40lbs **Preferred Qualifications:** + Must be a team player and able to communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership + Forklift experience preferred
