Cardiology Physician - Now Hiring

We are expanding our coverage for remote outpatient heart failure management into NC and MI in 2025 and hiring for Advanced Heart Failure-trained cardiologists!

Our fully virtual cardiology platform is seeking NC and/or MI license Advanced Heart Failure-trained cardiologists to provide specialized care for outpatient heart failure management; Availability is self-scheduled and typically ranges from 8-10 hours/week.

Our mission is to deliver a world-class member experience and improve patient access to specialty care by offering the best healthcare providers, devices, and therapies. Through a combination of evidence-based therapy, remote patient monitoring, and health coaching, we intend to improve members quality of life across the nation - starting with heart health. With our virtual platform, we have built a team of cardiologists, registered nurses, health coaches and pharmacy technicians around revolutionizing member care.

Responsibilities:

• New and follow-up cardiology consults by video;
• Fully remote w flexible, self-scheduled hours
• Medication management - Guideline Directed Medication Therapy for heart failure patients
• Communicate with registered nurses appropriately for patient care
• EMR: Elation

Requirements:

• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure training preferred
• NC and/or MI medical license
