• Case Mix: Hematology/Oncology (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, hormone therapy, infusions; no BMT, no acute leukemias)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active Oklahoma license
• Board: Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
• DEA: Active DEA required
• Certifications: ACLS required, Oklahoma CSR required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in specialty
• Other Qualifications: Must have clean background; proficiency with Mosaiq EMR preferred
