I opened my agency in 1996, and today I lead a team of nine. Ive been with State Farm for over 40 years, beginning my career in claims before moving into agency. It truly runs in the familymy son works with me, my daughter is a State Farm agent an hour away, and even my brother is an agent. Outside the office, Ive spent more than 20 years officiating ACC football, which has taught me a lot about discipline, teamwork, and decision-making under pressure.

- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
