• Develop and close commercial fence opportunities

• Build and maintain relationships with GCs, municipalities, property managers, and commercial clients

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and bid packages

• Manage a strong sales pipeline

• Meet revenue goals and drive market expansion

• Represent Colonial Fence with professionalism, integrity, and confidence

• 5+ years of commercial fence sales experience required

• Proven track record of closing high-value commercial projects

• Strong understanding of commercial estimating, RFPs, and bid processes

• Competitive, motivated, and hunter-minded

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Strong base salary + aggressive commission structure
