LOD Staffing has openings for Banquet Servers
Location: Downtown San Antonio
Job Summary
As a Banquet Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service during catered events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings. You’ll help set up, serve, and break down events while ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications
- Greet guests and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the event
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the event
- Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and event coordinators
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous banquet or food service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in high-volume catering or hospitality
- Familiarity with event timelines and service etiquette
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
