Tier 3- Maintenance Tech

Job Purpose: The tier 3 maintenance technician will report to the Facility Manager and participate in overseeing & maintaining the Army Residence Portfolio of 195 high rise units & 186 cottages, Health Care Center of residential property space within the ARC Community. The responsibilities include assisting with day to day maintenance & operations of department & staff in order to maintain a quality infrastructure. Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with proof of auto insurance

• at least 2 yrs experience in hvac, residential and commercial, and has an EPA certification to handle refrigerant.
• At least 2 yrs experience in minor plumbing and electrical. These are the primary trade skills that are needed.
• Secondary skills would be carpentry and painting.
• Appliance repair, standard and commercial is a plus.

• Ability to manually operate tools
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Frequent kneeling, crouching, bending, and reaching
• Ability to work outdoors
