Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will work on feed lines to bag, seal, move, and palletize products. You will rotate through four stations (bagging, sealing, quality control, and palletizing) for three hours at each station during your shift. When production is not running, you will be responsible for cleaning tasks such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and wiping down equipment. This role involves repetitive tasks through a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Bag, seal, move, and palletize products on the feed lines.
• Rotate between bagging, sealing, quality control, and palletizing stations.
• Perform cleaning tasks when production is not running.
• Complete tasks repetitively over a 12-hour shift.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, factory, or farm labor.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs repetitively.
• Must wear a respirator, requiring a clean-shaven face.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in feed, mills, or farm labor is preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment is dusty, requiring the use of a respirator and a clean-shaven face. You will be working in a hot and dirty setting as the product is dusty and can stick to the skin. The company develops products for livestock, crop farming, and the food industry. Shifts are from 7 AM to 7 PM for day shifts and 7 PM to 7 AM for night shifts with guaranteed overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.75/hr.
