Associate Attorney
Associate Attorney - Small to Mid-Sized Litigation Firm
- For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa. $180,000 - $200,000 base, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school
JD from an accredited law school
Active CA State Bar License
1-3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or related areas, and knowledge of standard billing practices
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in professional liability, personal injury, or construction cases, providing legal advice and support throughout the litigation process

Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare for trial
Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop effective case strategies
Manage case files and maintain accurate records of case progress and documentation
Attendance at court hearings, depositions, and mediations will be required
The attorney will communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation
