Hybrid Schedule in MIDTOWN WEST
Typical hours: 8:30/9:00am- 5:30pm/6pm
Seeking an organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is an excellent problem-solver. As the Executive Assistant, you'll play a critical role to our executive team—anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and handling the details that make a big difference. This is more than calendar management; it’s about being a trusted partner in a high-energy environment where no two days are the same
What You’ll Do:
- Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, prioritize meetings, and coordinate across time zones
- Meeting & Travel Coordination: Schedule internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and book detailed domestic and international travel including travel itineraries
- Project Support: Assist with high-level projects, follow up on action items, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Liaison Role: Serve as a point of contact between executives, teams, and external stakeholders
- Discretion & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Master of time management, organization, and communication
- Ability to anticipate needs, stay one step ahead, and work independently
- Calm under pressure, resourceful, and relentlessly detail-oriented
- A natural relationship builder and trusted thought partner
