We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to provide essential IT support in Westborough, Massachusetts. This onsite role involves assisting with fundamental technical tasks and user support, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to contribute to an IT department. This is a long-term contract position requiring part-time availability for approximately 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
• Set up user hardware and ensure proper configuration.
• Process returns and maintain accurate records.
• Provide hands-on support for onsite users, troubleshooting basic IT issues.
• Diagnose and resolve printer and office computer problems.
• Perform minor server room tasks, such as rebooting terminal servers.
• Create tickets for advanced issues requiring escalation.
• Assist with resolving small-scale technical challenges to support daily operations.• Familiarity with Active Directory for basic user account management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 systems.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of IT equipment and software.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
• Experience handling service desk tickets and escalating issues when necessary.
