Job Summary:
\n The Cat Scan Technologist performs computer tomography procedures and related techniques, producing sectional and three-dimensional images for interpretation. The role also involves assisting with interventional and therapeutic procedures.

Required Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiological positioning of the human body.
\n
• Understanding of mechanical attributes of CT software and hardware.
\n
• Thorough knowledge of PACS system.
\n
• Maintains CEU Credits.
\n
• ARRT (CT) certification within 12 months of hire.
\n
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 3 months of hire.
\n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Six months of CT experience preferred.
\n
• Knowledge of Epic and any HIS/RIS system added by the hospital.
\n

Required Education:

• Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist program.
\n
• High School diploma or equivalent.
\n

\n
