Job Summary: The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients within a designated time frame. Care is provided using the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources, aligning with the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and modification based on continuous evaluation. The RN ensures patient and employee safety, maintains accurate documentation, and collaborates effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience
  • \n
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
  • \n
  • Illinois state RN License in good standing
  • \n
  • BLS (American Heart Association)
  • \n
  • ACLS (American Heart Association)
  • \n
  • PALS (American Heart Association)
  • \n

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trauma level 2 or higher experience

  • EPIC experience

  • TNCC certification highly preferred
