OSMC has an opening at their Outpatient Surgery Center in Granger, Indiana. This role is offering a $10,000 Retention Bonus for all "External Candidates only". The Certified Surgical First Assist (CSFA) shall provide aid in exposure, hemostasis, closure, and other intraoperative technical functions that help the surgeon carry out a safe operation with optimal patient results. In addition to intraoperative duties, the CSFA performs preoperative and postoperative duties to better facilitate patient care. The CSFA shall perform these functions during the operation under the direction and supervision of the surgeon and following appropriate laws and regulations. Must be a Graduate of a Surgical Technologist Program. Graduate of a Certified Surgical First Assist Program. BLS Certification Required to apply.
