Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN for evening shifts requiring circulating experience in a variety of surgical cases and an active RN license.
Responsibilities- Hospital surgical unit setting (Surgery 001)
- Position involves circulating all surgical cases except cardiac, thoracic and vascular
- Evening 10-hour shifts from 11:00 to 19:30
- 13-week contract assignment
- Candidates may be required to help cover holidays, call, and weekends
- Must complete all required license and certification verifications within 30 days prior to assignment start
- Candidates who have disciplinary actions are required to complete the FACIS Questionnaire
- Local candidates are accepted but are subject to a reduced rate based on facility's radius policy
- COVID vaccination is not required for this assignment
- Travelers may only accept one position within the health system at a time
- Active RN license required with current verification through Nursys
- At least 1 year of recent OR circulating experience
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
- Must provide a US Social Security Number and a US home address
- Must submit copy of valid driver’s license
- Two professional references required
