General Application - Future Opportunities at Koehn Construction

What We’re Looking For

Candidates who:

• Demonstrate strong character and integrity in their work
• Take ownership, solve problems, and follow through
• Communicate clearly and work well with a team
• Value quality, efficiency, and accountability
• Want to contribute to a stable, family-oriented company culture

Applying for Future Consideration

To ensure your application is reviewed, you must identify:

• The specific position or type of role you believe best fits your skills and experience.
• Which location you wish to be considered for — Tulsa, OK or Fredonia, KS.

Applications submitted as “any job” or “open to everything” without a clear role in mind, or without a preferred location identified cannot be placed accurately and may not be considered. Tell us where you see yourself contributing and why you believe you’d be a strong addition to our team

Why Apply Now?

• We maintain a talent pipeline for upcoming needs
• We look first at internal talent and active applicants when roles open
• We value people who take initiative and put their best foot forward

We’re always looking for individuals who bring heart, integrity, and craftsmanship to their work. If that sounds like you, we’d like to hear your story and how you see yourself fitting into the KCS family.
