From our humble beginnings as a mobile coffee truck on the streets of San Diego in 2013, Perky Beans Coffee has grown up and laid down roots in Leander, Texas. We are family-owned and operated, and since 2021, we've offered two concepts under one roof. Perky Beans Coffee is our complete coffeehouse with a drive-thru, offering a variety of delicious beverages as well as quick bites. Located right next door is PB Cafe, where our customers can sit down and order all the breakfast classics as well as items from our tasty lunch menu.

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As our Coffee Shop Manager, your day begins with the sun rising, stepping into the coffee shop ready to lead your team. You ensure the store is impeccable, from the cozy seating area to the efficient back-of-house. In the morning huddle, you inspire your staff with the company's values, setting the tone for exceptional service. Throughout the day, you oversee operations, crafting timely schedules, and guiding the team on drink preparation and equipment use. Your hands-on approach during peak hours ensures the efficient service customers love. Building friendly relationships with patrons, you provide advice for excellent customer service and monitor food safety measures. You take pride in coaching and celebrating the team's successes. As the day comes to an end, you review performance, implement quality control, and prepare for another day of creating memorable coffee moments for your customers!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• 1+ years of management experience
• 1+ years of food & beverage experience
• Availability to work any schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills to inspire your team and engage customers

Having Toast and Sling experience is a plus! Previous barista and high-volume drive-thru experience is highly preferred.
