Job Summary: The Crate Shop Crew will assist in all aspects of crate production and packaging materials within our moving and storage operations.

Responsibilities:

• Create crates based on company standards and customer requirements
• Prepare and package various commercial and consumer products for storage
• Determines appropriate storage and location of property and equipment considering weight limits and required space
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent job-related experience

• Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly lift 40+ pounds
• The ability to stay on your feet for 4+ hours at a time
• Able to crouch, twist, and reach overhead
