Compensation

• Listed pay includes commission plus tips (based on a target of six pets per day)
• Additional base pay for work as a lead groomer
• Additional bonus for client referrals
• Additional $500 bonus for employee referrals
• We work with higher-end clients, meaning higher per-pet pricing and greater earning potential

• Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to pups daily while working independently in our grooming vans.
• Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom.
• Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.
• Contribute to the work environment by advising the business on who to hire as your colleagues, and how to be the best company we can be

Requirements

• No degree is required; looking for a lead groomer with deep experience.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude; as a lead, the other groomers will look up to you
• A team player with great customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record is a must.
• Clean background check required
