PC Build Technician

• Location: Onsite in Knoxville, TN 37914
• Duration: 6 months Contract with possibility to hire full time.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PC Build Technician for a project based in Knoxville, TN. This role involves configuring and preparing, migrating 500+ computers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, configure, and test PCs based on specific requirements.
• Be able to support end users.
• Install necessary software, drivers, and configurations to ensure each computer is fully functional.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel to ensure smooth project flow.
• Troubleshoot any hardware or software issues that arise during the configuration process.
• Document progress and report any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure all workstations and tools are maintained and organized.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with computer assembly, configuration, or IT support preferred.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
• Ability to meet daily performance targets with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to the Knoxville location.
• Good communication skills.
