Position: Intake Representative / Client Support Specialist. Retail experience is a plus.
Willing to certify the right person as a Mastectomy Fitter.

Lilly’s Mastectomy & Wig Boutique is a warm, private, and supportive environment where women come for expert post-mastectomy care, bra fittings, breast forms, wigs, and recovery essentials. We are currently seeking an Intake Representative who has bra fitting experience and a natural ability to make clients feel comfortable and supported. This role is ideal for someone with a retail lingerie background who loves helping women feel confident and cared for. For the right person, we are willing to provide training and support toward Mastectomy Fitter certification.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Guide clients through the intake process and prepare them for their fittings
• Assist with basic bra fitting and product selection
• Support boutique operations including appointments, inventory, phones, and light admin tasks
• Maintain a calming, respectful environment at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Bra-fitting experience (required)
• Retail, lingerie, or client service experience strongly preferred
• Compassionate communication and comfort working with clients in private settings
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
• Interest in future Mastectomy Fitter certification (training available)
