Job Description
SPECIAL NOTE: This a contract role that is currently a 6-month opportunity, but may extend longer and potentially become permanent.
Position Overview
The Google Classroom Training & Integration Consultant is responsible for delivering high-quality professional development and strategic consulting services in the K-12 education sector. The consultant will align instructional goals with product functionality to drive data-informed instruction, increase platform usage, and ensure long-term success. The core need is for the candidate to lead the conversion for content from and existing system into Google Classroom. This role combines strong training delivery capabilities with strategic planning and adoption expertise, requiring an individual who can build relationships, guide decision-making, and support long-term instructional goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging onsite and remote training sessions for educators, school leaders, and staff .
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to align product functionality with instructional goals and drive adoption.
- Support onboarding, implementation, and change management efforts across schools.
- Provide strategic consultation on data analysis, instructional planning, and progress monitoring.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned products and share best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report feedback, escalate issues, and ensure alignment with customer goals.
- Track training sessions, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement of resources and delivery methods.
- Meet or exceed established customer satisfaction and utilization goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in K–12 education, with a strong understanding of curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices.
- Google Classroom Certification is a significant plus.
- Prior experience delivering professional development or instructional coaching preferred.
- Familiarity with PowerSchool’s Schoology and/or other LMS platforms is preferred.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Must be based in Miami or surrounding area to work 100% onsite.
- Comfortable working with senior management and doing daily tasks.
