Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking a qualified Service Manager to assist and support our HVAC service technicians, ensure safe and efficient operations, and help maintain smooth daily workflow. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with field staff.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Some weeknights and weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to service technicians
- Conduct job site visits with technicians when appropriate
- Complete payroll responsibilities accurately and on time
- Organize, schedule, and lead monthly safety meetings
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or 10+ years of experience as a service technician
- NATE certification required (North American Technician Excellence) in Heat Pump and Gas Furnace
- EPA 608 Universal Certification required
Preferred Qualifications
- HVAC certification strongly recommended
