Duties & Expectations
- Daily rounding on adult-geriatric patients
- Participate in treatment team meetings: Mon / Wed / Fri ( 1 hour each)
- Manage solo case load
- Complete all documentation
- See both new and existing patients
- EMR: WellSky
Workload
- Daily Census: 20-30 patients/day
Support Staff
- NPs
- Social Workers / Clinical Staff
- Works alongside Medical Director
