Job Opportunity: RN - Home Health Position Details Specialty: RN - Home Health Location: Georgetown, Delaware Facility: Aequor Employment Type: Temporary Contract Length: 13 weeks Job Description Coordinates total nursing care for patients. Participates in patient and family teaching. Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.
