Caregivers / CNA - Bilingual Preferred

Position Summary

We are currently hiring Caregivers at level III based on experience. All caregivers will provide compassionate, person-centered care tailored to each client’s individualized service plan.

Caregiver Level Required:

• Level III (Advanced): 5+ years of experience, leadership potential, and/or experience in specialized care (e.g., dementia, hospice)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
• • Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
  • Transferring, mobility assistance, and ambulation
  • Meal preparation and feeding support
• Support clients in maintaining a proper diet and hydration
• Engage clients in leisure and social activities to promote well-being
• Perform light housekeeping tasks:
• • Laundry, vacuuming, dishes, sanitizing surfaces, bathroom and kitchen cleaning
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and client requests
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes to supervisors
• Work cooperatively with team members and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong Spanish communication with clients along with interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to handle physical aspects of caregiving, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Willingness to follow care plans and adapt to client needs
• Respect for client confidentiality and dignity

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physical ability to perform caregiver duties
• Fluent Spanish Speaking

Preferred Experience by Level

• Level III: 5+ years of experience; skilled in specialized care (e.g., dementia, Alzheimer’s, hospice); may mentor junior caregivers.
