Alta Rehab at Wauconda is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead all aspects of facility operations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of daily facility operations.

• Ensure full compliance with IDPH, CMS, and federal/state regulations.

• Oversee department heads and promote strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Drive quality improvement, survey readiness, and performance initiatives.

• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, and work toward financial and census goals.

• Foster a positive workplace culture built on communication, accountability, and respect.

• Build relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

• Support staff development, retention, and consistent operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois LNHA license (required).

• Proven leadership experience as an Administrator in a Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Strong understanding of long-term care regulations, operations, and reimbursement models.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Ability to guide teams through both stability and change while maintaining high standards of care.
