Accounts Receivable Manager

Pinnacle Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor to join our corporate billing team in Toms River, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with strong healthcare A/R experience who can oversee billing processes, manage staff, and support the revenue cycle for multiple skilled nursing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise A/R staff and ensure accurate, timely billing for assigned facilities.

• Oversee claims submission, payments, denials, and follow-up processes.

• Monitor aging reports and drive successful collections.

• Identify and resolve billing issues, discrepancies, and missing documentation.

• Train, mentor, and support the A/R team to improve workflow and efficiency.

• Collaborate with facility administrators, BOMs, and corporate leadership.

• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care, and commercial payer guidelines.

• Support audits, month-end close, and reporting as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous A/R experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) billing required.

• Prior supervisory or lead experience strongly preferred.

• Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and Managed Care billing.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft Excel.
