Accounts Payable Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests accurately and efficiently.

• Review invoices for proper approval, coding, and documentation.

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Maintain accurate AP records and ensure timely payments.

• Collaborate with facility administrators and corporate accounting to support financial operations.

• Assist with month-end close and reporting.

• Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting (healthcare or multi-facility environment preferred).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
