Ness Auto Sales and Service is looking for a motivated Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Lodi, Wisconsin. What You’ll Do:

• Work with experienced technicians on vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs

• Learn to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues

• Perform basic services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, and fluid services

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Follow shop procedures and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong interest in automotive repair and technology

• Willingness to learn and grow your skills every day

• Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive schooling is a plus, but not required

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

• Valid driver’s license
