Required Qualifications:-Current Illinois Occupational Therapy License or license eligible-Current NBCOT certification-Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:-Doctoral Degree-Teaching experience-Minimum 5 years Occupational Therapy practice experience
